Iowa mother Ilene Gowan, 60, was last seen on surveillance footage leaving her job at Sugar’s Lounge and Diner in Council Bluffs on February 12. She got into Brammer’s Ford F-150, and traffic cameras captured the vehicle again the following morning. Inside, her body was awkwardly slumped in the passenger seat.She was still wearing the same clothes from the parking lot footage, except for one missing shoe.
