This technique combines deep, focused breathing with affirmations, grounding our intentions and helping us truly connect with ourselves. We will work with four powerful affirmations today: I love myself I trust myself I honor myself I value myself Our goal is to move the energy of these affirmations up into our heart space. To practice the Breath of Life, we breathe in for a count of seven, hold for a count of three, and then exhale, visualizing the energy of the affirmation entering our heart space. This technique is repeated multiple times for each affirmation, guiding us to find the affirmation's energetic presence in our bodies and elevating it to our heart space. As we move through each affirmation and integrate it with the Breath of Life technique, we invite a warm and gentle smile to our faces.
