Exploring Psychedelics, Self-Love and Astral Projection!

Crazy Talk! with Daníel Colón - A podcast by Daníel Colón

Hey there! Welcome to Chat, Heal and Chill! This is my open forum where we can talk about anything that's on our hearts and minds. It's kind of like a group coaching session, and as a spiritual life coach, I can share my knowledge on topics like manifestation and the law of attraction. So, we were talking in the chat about how the system is broken and how we might feel broken as a result. But I don't believe in that way of thinking. True happiness comes from accepting things as they are, even if we're not perfect or things aren't perfect around us. Of course, that doesn't mean we should be pushovers or not stand up for ourselves. It's important to set boundaries and stand up for what we believe in. But when we think of ourselves as broken, it can create a sense of helplessness that isn't productive. When it comes to psychedelic experiences, someone in the chat asked for advice on taking mushrooms for the first time. I suggested starting with a low dose of 1-1.5 grams and seeing how you feel, then maybe taking a bit more. Microdosing is another option for experiencing the benefits without the intensity of a full trip. Creating a safe and comfortable environment is crucial for any psychedelic experience. Make sure you have a grounding practice afterward and that you're in a comfortable and peaceful setting. And don't forget to have some refreshing fruit on hand! We also talked about astral projection and how it can be scary to let go and leave your body. But it's important to remember that you'll always come back to your physical body and that fear can actually bring you back sooner. Practicing techniques like mind awake, body asleep can help with astral projection. For me, I prefer to focus on sleep and dreaming, letting my body do what it needs to do. I repeat a mantra to remember my dreams and see where they take me. And all the deep spiritual work? I save that for plant medicine and meditation. Overall, it's all about finding what works for you and listening to your own intuition and needs. Thanks for chatting, healing and chilling with me today!
