Thinking About Thoughts  “It's not what you have to ‘do’ that needs to change.  It’s first how you ‘think’ that needs to change. It’s who you have to ‘be’ in order to ‘do’ what needs to be done. The good news is that it doesn't cost much money to change your thinking. In fact, it can be done for free.” -  Robert Kiyosaki In episode 4 of the Changeability podcast we're thinking about something we don't often think about  - something that we all take for granted. We're thinking about thinking. And that means thinking about thoughts. As this week’s ‘quote of the show’ says - you can change your thinking and it can be done for free. This might depend a bit on your definition of ‘free’ as it’s not without some effort – but it can be done. And that’s what lies at the heart of the whole idea behind Changeability.  Changing our thinking to change or improve things in our life through managing our minds or mind management. It’s what the Changeability podcast (and book) is about. In a couple of episode’s time we’ll get more into the practical techniques and tactics for doing that. But before we get into how to do it let’s think today about what thinking is. What are our thoughts and why do they matter?  In this episode you will find out: How everything starts with a thought How all that you are is the result of all that you think. What is thought That your thoughts really matter – and science is proving it How your thoughts influence your emotions, and physical and mental health And more!
