So, I just competed this week at the Alberta Open. There were nine guys in my category and I ended up placing third. This was my sixth fitness competition. In previous competitions there were times where I stepped off the stage after having a disappointing placement and I was instantly pissed. But this show was a lot different. For the first time ever when I got off the stage, even though I didn't win, I was super f*cking happy with myself.
