BodhiHeart Podcast with Khenpo Sherab Sangpo - A podcast by Bodhicitta Sangha | Heart of Enlightenment Institute

Mary MacEachen, a teaching assistant for Khenpo Sherab Sangpo at Bodhicitta Sangha | Heart of Enlightenment Institute in Minneapolis, guides her meditation community in teachings on the Six Paramitas (Six Transcendent Perfections) within Mahayana Buddhism. In first session, she teaches on the perfection of generosity (dana paramita); the perfection of ethics (sila paramita); and the perfection of patience (kshanti paramita). After discussing each paramita, she guides her community in analytical meditation (vispashyana meditation) on the first three paramitas using the slogans from "The Seven Points of Mind Training" from Atisha. The second session in this series will explore the remaining three paramitas: the perfection of joyous effort (Virya Paramita), the perfection of concentration (Dhyana Paramita), and the perfection of wisdom (Prajna Paramita).
