ADGM Courts taking mediaton to the metaverse

As we look ahead to COP28 next week we spoke to Khatija Haque, Chief Economist, Emirates NBD about what the focus will be and what it could mean for markets. Exactly a year ago, Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts, the judiciary of the UAE capital’s financial free zone, launched a new blockchain-based system that was aimed at digitally certifying judgments and allowing their availability and enforcement anywhere in the world.
