Boot camps for young offenders are back – but researchers Simon Davies, Clare-Ann Fortune, Karen Salmon and Linda Fatialofa say the psychological evidence they're ineffective never went away. It's been revealed 23 MPs receive the accommodation supplement for property they own in Wellington. Labour MP Kieran McAnulty does take the allowance but technically not for his own property, it's one owned by his wife.
