Subramanyam Karavalamba Stotram – For Removing Sins and Planetary Doshas

Lord Subramanya or Muruga is the elder son of Lord Shiva and Parvati and also the brother of Lord Ganesha.  Subramanya Ashtakam, also called Swaminatha Karavalambam was composed by Sri Adi Shankaracharya, in praise of Subramanya. This Ashtakam is recited to eradicate all sins committed in the past and present births. Chanting this Stotram, especially on Tuesdays and Sundays is good for removing Kuja or Mars Dosha and Sarpa Dosha in one’s horoscope.
