13. A second look into grief - are we better yet?

It's coming up to Courtney's dads birthday so we revisit our favourite topic...Grief. Laurz and I discuss how we feel when special dates related to our parents arise - and the things we do to cope on those days. We debunk the '5 stages of grief' model and chat about the different parts of the journey we are on.
