In this episode, I talk to the great comedian NATHAN CATON about his comedy career. Caton is a regular headliner at comedy clubs and has had successful tours with an exceptional combination of charisma and clever direct comedy. He was a runner-up for Amused Moose and won the Chortle Student Comic of The Year both in 2005, the Broadcast Hotshot in 2007 and an FHM Stand Up Hero Finalist in 2010. On TV and radio, he has written for or appeared at Live At The Apollo, and Gran Jury for the BBC, also The Nathan Caton Show for Comedy Central, as well as writing and starring in Can’t Tell Nathan Caton Nothin for BBC Radio 4. I have seen Caton many times on stage over the years from 99 Club Comedy in London in 2016, Brighton’s Krater Comedy Club in 2017 and The Off The Kerb Showcase at The Comedy Store, London in 2018 to London Comedy Allstars for Underbelly London in 2019 and Always Be Comedy Online in 2020 and 2021.
