Alpha and Omega V means the following, the beginning and the end on how we begin and how we finish through everyday actions and life. V represents the Roman numerals number five. Which is the five senses of the body also the number of dots on a dice if you were to look at it the four walls are up and you are caught in the middle, we need to break away from that mind set. The logo is balanced and how we balance our life by breathing in and breathing out the O Which stands for Omega, is constant circle and how we are united as one the center and how we’re supposed to always listen within and beat the little voice in our heads. In other words, this logo is not a number of lines put together this logo is not a circle just put as a continuous cycle this logo represents unity as one and how we breathe in and out and how we make things better within ourselves and lives, through the five senses that we seek every day. This group is about beating the little voice in our heads and letting go. Other words Be Better. Each class begins with segment of bootcamp-style movements designed to warm up the body and spirit while building upon a foundation of strength. This is followed by a segment of boxing / self-defense combinations waking up the inner warrior, developing practical skills, and building coordination all while keep the heart rate up. The class is concluded with a meditation and stretching segment which focuses on the critical essence of breathing, coming home to your inner influence, and releasing negative energy or concerns outside of one’s control.
