Our feelings are always created by our thoughts. So when we feel bad and we want to change that and feel better, we do that by changing our thoughts. However, this can be easier said than done. Sometimes it can be hard to shift our heavy, negative thoughts and it can feel impossible to find new thoughts to think. But there are some ways to make this easier. In today’s podcast I’m sharing six shortcuts to feeling better. These actions don’t in and of themselves make us feel better (only our thoughts do that), but they can create a change in our physical state that shakes things up a bit and creates a space to access new thoughts.
